DELIVERY
The first 60 watches ordered are set to be delivered in January (production time) as it is an "on-demand" piece of art - there are and will be no stocks.
The next watches are planned to be delivered in the following weeks, with a deadline in February.

Orders are shipped from:
Charlotte, North Carolina for US customers,
La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland for European customers,
Sydney, Australia for Australian customers and rest of the world.
As soon as your order has been despatched you will receive notification with your tracking number
We ship with UPS or DHL and the delivery time is usually 5 - 7 business days (excluding public holidays)
TAXES
When purchasing your watch for export, your local duties will be collected by the transporter before delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
You can return any BAUSELE product up to 14 days after receiving delivery should it be not suitable. Simply lodge a return request by clicking HERE and our support team will then assist you with your return. Please note you will have to arrange and pay the cost of the postage back to us.
We recommend using a fully tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches us. Once we receive your returned item a refund will be processed for the amount of that item paid to us less any taxes and duties paid as these are non-recoverable. If the returned watch is found not to be in original condition we will refund you this amount less any costs required to refurbish the watch to original condition.

Crafted through a meticulous process unique to The Dial Artist, each dial is an artistic symphony of natural oxidation and 24-carat gold leaf. The layered technique creates rich, organic patterns that evoke aerial views of the Great Barrier Reef, while the golden accents mirror Australia's shimmering coastline. Each piece emerges from this artistic process entirely unique - a one-of-a-kind canvas that tells its own story of ocean depths and sun-touched shores.
The Sydney Diver's bold 39.5mm case strikes a perfect balance between presence and wearability. Crafted from surgical-grade stainless steel with a sleek black IP coating, its refined silhouette is crowned by a domed sapphire crystal. The sandblasted finish adds a subtle, sophisticated texture that complements the artistic dial, while the 200m water resistance ensures this masterpiece is as capable as it is beautiful.
